A cool add on to our Ultimate Sales Tool feature is Fax On Demand. With Fax On Demand a fax can be loaded into each UST extension and then requested by the caller. So for example, if a company would like to provide a printed map of their location with hours of operation they could load that fax into their extension that had that recording. Once the caller is finished listening to the information they would be asked if they would like to receive the fax as well. All the caller has to do is punch in their fax number and the system will automatically send the fax out. The power of the Ultimate Sales Tool combined with Fax On Demand is automation.
