Time Saving Features Of Internet Fax

A major benefit of technology today is it’s ability to save us time.  Internet fax is no exception.  One of the coolest things about internet fax is it’s ability to send a fax to more than one person at a time.  This is especially handy for real estate agents that have to fax documents to be signed and reviewed back and forth between buyers, sellers, mortgage officers, banks, etc.  With a land fax line they would have to send the fax to the first person, wait for it to finish, then enter in the next number, wait for it to send, and on and on until they got it out to all the parties involved.  With internet fax they simply enter in all the fax numbers and off the documents go all at once.  What a huge time saver for anyone that has to send the same documents to multiple recipients.  (Note:  Providers that do not want to provide a fax broadcasting system that is commonly used by spammers, will usually limit the number of recipients to under 10.)  Another time saving feature of internet fax is email delivery of your fax messages.  Going back and forth to the fax machine to see if an important document has come in yet can be a major time killer.  With email delivery, the fax document will be sent to your email.  That way, you can focus on other tasks with confidence knowing that you will see the fax as soon as it comes in.
