TalkText: For Agents On The Go

Real estate agents are always on the go.  With that in mind, we are excited to tell you about one of our newest features to help agents work more efficiently and save money.  TalkText is a message transcription feature that allows real estate agents to get their voice messages transcribed to text and sent directly to them via email.  The time it takes to have the message transcribed and sent to your email is only 2-5 minutes.

Benefits of TalkText include:

  • Agents can check their voicemail messages discretely no matter if they are in a meeting, on a conference call or attending another function where calling into their voicemail would be frowned upon.  With the message transcribed and sent as text to their mobile device (cell phone, laptop, PDA) agents can view it quickly and take action if necessary without appearing unprofessional.
  • Agents can scan a transcribed message in their email much more quickly and easily than having to listen to an entire voicemail before finding out the gist of the message.
  • Agents can get away from costly cell phone minute charges incurred when having to listen to their voicemail messages.

These are just a few of the benefits of this great new feature.  This is sure to be a very popular feature due to its ability to save agents time, money and help them be more productive.
