Sometimes customers want to know what their RealtyOne800® Adtrakker system is going to cost them on a monthly basis. The easy answer is $24.95 a month plus toll usage. However, each agent is going to use their system differently. The agent that is aggressively going after leads is going to put their toll free number on every marketing piece they have. They are going to offer free reports through their call capture line and make sure to include their toll free number prominently on their sign riders, web site and business cards.  The amount of lead generation they are doing on a daily basis is going to grow by leaps and bounds.  Some agents may only use their toll free number on sign riders for property listings and not other marketing materials.  The more an agent advertises their toll free call capture number, the more calls they will receive and the more leads they will be generating.  By request, here is a breakdown of what our average Adtrakker customer’s usage and costs.
