One of the most popular features of our WebLINK online control panel is the ability to get voice and fax messages online from any computer, anywhere, with internet access and/or to have your messages emailed to you. In fact, these features alone are the reason many of our customers add WebLINK to their systems. However, once they start using WebLINK, they find that there are other great features included as well.
Online System Set Up: You can set up your forwarding numbers as well as the times and days for your live calls, add or change email addresses for faxes and message notification, change pin codes and billing information, and more with the online system set up capabilities within WebLINK.
Call Analysis And Reporting: With this feature you will never be in the dark about the calls coming into your system. You can run reports based on criteria that you choose. You can breakdown reports based on mailboxes, extensions, time and date, area code, zip code or calls that were missed. You can also track the minutes used on your system so you know when it would be more cost effective for you to have a bulk minute plan.
Voice Blaster: With Voice Blaster you are able to record a message and blast it out to a list of phone numbers. You can decide if you want your message delivered to a live person only, an answering machine only, or both. You can also take that same message and blast it out to a list of email addresses. The message will be attached as a sound file easily accessible to the recipients.
Call Queuing: With Call Queuing your customers can always get through. This feature allows you to put your callers in queue to wait for the next available representative. While they wait they will hear on hold music. This can be a personalized on hold music that you have chosen or our standard hold music. Each mailbox is capable of having its own call queuing settings such as the amount of time you want to allow your callers to remain in queue and whether or not they are told what place in line they are. Through the Call Queuing interface you can control the settings and view all callers in the queue along with their caller ID and wait time.
