If you are like most real estate agents, you have a number of different marketing pieces out there that produce varying results.  But can you track those results?  Can you say with certainty which of your marketing pieces, in which magazine or newpaper, with which ad copy pulls in the most qualified leads?  If you could track your advertising and say with certainty which of your ads was the most successful and which ones weren’t pulling their weight, you could streamline your marketing and get maximum results for your money.

Here’s how you track your advertising

With each RealtyOne800® Adtrakker system, you get 100 unique ad tracking extensions that are mirrored 4 times.  So say you have a listing on 123 Maple.  You are going to advertise that listing in a magazine, on your listing website, with a yard sign, on fliers, and in the newspaper.  Assign that particular property extension 101 and make your inviting and exciting recording about the property in that extension.  That recording will then automatically be put in extension 201, 301, 401, and 501.  Now you can assign each of your ads a different extension and have the same recording played for each.  So as the calls come in, you will know exactly which ad is pulling the most leads.
