Telecentrex Introduces TalkText, Voicemail Transcription To Email
Telecentrex LLC, a leading provider of hosted telecommunications services, has announced the release of its newest feature, TalkText. TalkText enables customers to have their voicemail messages transcribed and sent to their email.
“People are busier than ever and they will benefit greatly from any time saving technology they can incorporate into their day. Voicemail transcription to email is a great tool for professionals. Increased efficiency is something you will see with any new technology that unifies communications in a way that allows people to get all of their messages in one place”, stated Tim Paulino, Co- Founder and CEO of Telecentrex.
TalkText employs high-level voice recognition software and advanced proprietary algorithms, developed by New York City-based SimulScribe, to convert voice messages to email. The TalkText transcription process is two-fold with initial transcription by computer and then proofreading by human eyes and ears. The messages will be transcribed and sent to email within minutes.
Once the message is transcribed and sent to email, users can access it through any device where they can receive their email: Blackberry, cell phone, iPhone, laptop, desktop computer.
Chuck Cummings, a Senior Communications Consultant with Telecentrex, said, “We knew the advantages of voicemail transcription were going to be huge for mobile professionals like real estate agents and consultants, who will now be able to get their messages even if they are in the middle of a meeting where listening to voicemail would be inappropriate. However, we are also finding that larger companies like the feature for their employees due to the time it saves them versus listening to voicemail messages.”
TalkText is available as an add-on to any of Telecentrex’s virtual PBX or call capture service plans which can be found at Freedom800.com and RealtyOne800.com respectively.
